Coronation weekend services

Over the Coronation weekend, we will operate normal services on Saturday 6 May, except on our 'Z00' route which won't run, and Sunday services on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 May.
People will be coming together across the region to celebrate this historic event. There are many events planned across the city over the course of the Bank Holiday weekend, with many hospitality businesses getting involved in the festivities.
- Catch the Bluestar 1 to watch a screening of the ceremony at Winchester Cathedral.
- Romsey Carnival Committee will be holding a free street party in the town centre with a big screen to watch the coronation live, street entertainment, music and face painting. Jump on the Bluestar 4 and alight at the bus station.
- Board the Bluestar 19 and get off at Ocean Village to see the boats in the marina's 'Best Dressed Boat Competition'.
Whatever your plans, it's the perfect time to leave your cars at home, and let us transport you to any events you plan to go to. With so many expected to be out and about, travelling by bus means that you don't have to worry about where to park, and it's also an opportunity to enjoy a celebratory tipple!
We also have a colouring competition open until 8 May - download the coronation-themed sheet and get creative! Click here to view the Terms and Conditions.
Take advantage of the £2 single fare where up until the end of June, most single journeys will be capped at £2. As well as this, after 6 pm all single fares are reduced to £1!
