Temporary changes to Quay Connect bus route

From Monday 13th of February, there will be some temporary changes to our Quay Connect service due to Southampton City Council carrying out infrastructural work on the south side of Southampton Central Station. For the duration of the work, this service will no longer serve the south side of the station but can instead be caught from the north side. A temporary route map will be available whilst the work is in progress.

Departures from the north side will be retimed slightly earlier than the previous south side departures to maintain the connections with the Red Jet ferry. We have created a temporary timetable to display these changes.

The work is expected to take approximately six months to complete, although this hasn't yet been confirmed. Unilink route U1 will also be affected. For more information click here.
