This survey is now closed.
Twice a year we carry out a general customer satisfaction survey and we'd like as many of our customers to take part as possible. We are always keen to hear your feedback and these surveys help us as a company to improve our services and make travelling with us even better.
Since we last opened the survey we've been working hard to make some improvements including:
- Introduction of night buses 7 nights per week
- Increased frequency of TheOne to up to every 10 minutes
- More buses on Sundays
- Improved reliability across several timetables
