Bluestar 3,14 & 16 DIVERSION-DIVERSION-Above Bar Street will now open at 16:00 on Monday 3rd August 2026. Services will operate as normal from the City towards Bitterne. Services diverted towards the City from Bitterne after the Solent University via Palmerston Road & Poundtree Road to Vincent's Walk. Buses will not serve Park Walk or Above Bar Street bus stops. Services will divert along the same route in both directions between Vincent's Walk & Commercial Road (Library stops) via Poundtree Road, Palmerston Road, East Park Terrace, the Ring Road, Above Bar Street & Commercial Road. Buses WILL serve any stops between these locations while on diversion except the Cenotaph stop. The bus stops in Above Bar Street near The Marland's will not be served during these works.
