City Centre bus stop changes from Monday 13 November

Due to the closure of Bargate Street from Monday 13 November to Friday 5 January 2024, during the Christmas Market, there will be some route and bus stop changes in Southampton City Centre. Please read carefully below to make sure you are aware of the changes to the routes you use:
Bluestar 1 & Bluestar 2 - Towards Winchester/Fair Oak, buses will leave from a temporary stop outside Bella Italia on Hanover Buildings and then continue their usual route via Above Bar. Towards Southampton, buses won't serve Civic Centre, ASDA/Marlands or West Quay and will instead follow a route stopping at Above Bar Street and terminate at outside Bella Italia.
Bluestar 3 - Towards Hedge End & Eastleigh, buses will start at West Quay (Stop BI). Towards Southampton, buses will not serve Above Bar Street or Vincents Walk, but will instead serve Civic Centre and terminate at West Quay.
Bluestar 4 - No stop or route changes but departures from Vincents Walk may be delayed.
*UPDATED* Bluestar 10 & Bluestar 13 - Towards Sholing/Harefield, buses will depart from their normal stop in Vincents Walk (Stop CH), and will divert via Above Bar and Portland Terrace to reach West Quay before continuing their normal route. Towards Southampton, buses will not stop at Holyrood Church or West Quay. Instead, they will divert between Bernard Street and Vincents Walk via Queensway.
Bluestar 14 - Towards Hedge End, buses will still start from their normal stop in Vincents Walk (stop CG), and divert via Queensway to West Quay, but will use a different stop next to the Old Walls car park, instead. Buses will leave Vincents Walk 3 minutes earlier to account for the diversion, with times from West Quay onwards unchanged. Towards Southampton, buses will operate as normal.
Bluestar 15 - Towards Hamble, buses will depart from their normal stop in Vincents Walk (Stop CG) and follow a diversion to reach West Quay before continuing its normal route. Towards Southampton, buses will not stop at Holyrood Church or West Quay. Instead, they will operate between Bernard Street and Vincents Walk via Queensway.
Bluestar 16 - Towards Townhill Park, buses will start from West Quay (stop BI). Towards Southampton, buses will not serve Above Bar Street or Vincents Walk but terminate at West Quay instead.
Bluestar 17 - Towards Adanac Park, buses will not stop at Holyrood Church or West Quay. Instead, they will operate between Bernard Street and Vincents Walk via Queensway. However please note some evening journeys that finish in the City Centre will continue to set down at West Quay. Towards Weston, buses will not serve stops at Above Bar Street or Vincents Walk. Instead, they will serve Civic Centre & ASDA/Marlands and then return to its normal route from West Quay.
Bluestar 18 - Towards Thornhill, buses will not stop at Bargate Street, ASDA/Marlands, Park Wall or Solent University but will run from Central Station serving Sea City Museum, Civic Centre, Above Bar, Vincents Walk then go directly to Six Dials resuming its normal route from Brintons Road. Towards Millbrook, buses will operate as normal.
Bluestar 19 - Towards Lordshill, buses will not serve Holyrood Church or West Quay. Instead, they will operate between Telephone House and Vincents Walk via Queensway. Towards Thornhill, buses will not serve Above Bar Street or Vincents Walk. Instead, they will serve Civic Centre & ASDA/Marlands and will return to its normal route from West Quay.
