Bluestar to run both journeys on the 503 from January

From Monday 5 January, we will be operating both the morning and afternoon journeys on the 503.
Previously, we only ran the morning journey, with another operator providing the afternoon service. As a result of this change, students can now purchase return or weekly tickets for travel on the bus. Previously, they were required to buy a single ticket for each journey so this offers a more cost-effective way to travel.
The best-value option is our Child 7-Day Southampton Plus Zone ticket, which is £18.50 when purchased via our app, or £19 as a paper ticket bought from the driver. Please note that child tickets on the app require verification before purchase. You can view our verification guide here.
