Annual Passes:

A special network pass for Barton Peveril students is available at a price of £680 for the 2024-25 academic year. This pass is only available to Barton Peveril students and gives unlimited travel on our college routes plus all of our other services, including at weekends and during college holidays (except the summer holidays). Payment can be made either as a single payment at the time of purchase or as an initial payment of £380 and the second payment of £300 by 1st January 2025.

Passes are now available to purchase as a mobile ticket on our Bluestar mobile appYou will need to sign up for the App using your Barton Peveril email address and then enter the discount code BARTON2425 when purchasing your ticket to access the reduced price. Please be aware that you cannot purchase these tickets from the Bluestar travel shop.

Please note, these passes are generally non-refundable. Full or partial refunds will be at our discretion and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, for example a student leaving the college. College confirmation of the circumstances will be required before any refund can be considered.

Other Ticket Options:

Students travelling to college on our public routes such as Bluestar 2, Bluestar 5 and Bluestar 24/424 and 425 can also choose from our standard range of fares, and in some cases, these will be a better value option. Details can be found here https://www.bluestarbus.co.uk/period-tickets . However please note that these tickets are only valid on the public route network and not on the dedicated college routes with route numbers starting with a 6, please also note that Southampton Plus zone tickets are not valid on services 424 and 425 (however Network zone tickets can be used on these two routes).

On all of the dedicated college routes single and return tickets are available priced at £4 single or £7 return, and a weekly ticket is available priced at £30. However in most cases the annual pass will offer much better value.

Please note that the college routes are open to Barton Peveril College students and staff only, and customers purchasing tickets on board will need to show their college ID.
