From Monday 1 June until Friday 24 July, Above Bar Street will be closed from the corner of the high street next to Nationwide all the way towards the Cenotaph.
During the closure, we won't be able to serve the stops on Above Bar street near Marlands so some routes will have to divert. We have marked the closure and these stops on the map below:
The following routes are affected by the closure - Bluestar 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 14, 16,17, N17, 18, N18, 19, 19a, 20, 21, 22, 61 and U1. See below for details:

| Bluestar 1, N1, 2 & N2 | - Buses will divert between Cenotaph and Hanover Buildings via Commercial Road, Havelock Road, Portland Terrace and Bargate Street.
- The only stops missed are those on Above Bar Street.
- Towards Southampton, buses will additionally serve Art Gallery, SeaCity Museum and ASDA & Marlands.
- Towards Winchester/Eastleigh/University, buses will divert NON STOP from Hanover Buildings to Cenotaph.

| Bluestar 3, 14 & 16 | - Buses towards Hedge End / Townhill Park are able to follow normal route.
- Buses towards Southampton will divert after the Solent University stop, DIRECT to Vincent's Walk, and will not serve Park Walk or Above Bar

| Bluestar 4 | - Buses towards Romsey will divert between Vincents Walk and Art Gallery via Palmerston Road, East Park Terrace and Brunswick Place.
- Buses will not serve Above Bar, but will additionally serve Solent University, Kings Park Road and the Cenotaph
- Buses towards Southampton are able to follow normal route

| Bluestar 7, 17, N17, 18, N18, 19, 19a, 21 & 61 | - Buses in both directions will divert between Vincents Walk and Art Gallery via Palmerston Road, East Park Terrace and Brunswick Place.
- Buses will not serve Above Bar, but will additionally serve Solent University, Kings Park Road (towards Shirley ONLY) and the Cenotaph.

| Bluestar 15 | - Buses towards Hamble will divert between Civic Centre and Vincents Walk via Palmerston Road.

- Bus will not serve Civic Centre but will additionally serve Art Gallery in both directions and SeaCity Museum towards NOCS only.
