Timetable Increases from Sunday 27th February

Good news! We are pleased to announce that we are able to increase the services of the Bluestar 1, 2, and 16, from Sunday 27th February.

We have been operating at reduced levels since 4th January in a bid to improve reliability whilst we battled the effects of the Omicron variant that caused high colleague absences. Now, the city is emerging from the worst of the virus, staffing levels are starting to improve.

From Sunday 27th February:

  • Bluestar 1 - buses increased to every 20 minutes on Saturdays
  • Bluestar 2 - buses increased to every 15 minutes on Monday to Fridays and every 20 minutes on Saturdays
  • Bluestar 16 - buses increased to every 15 minutes on Monday to Friday and every 20 minutes on Saturday
