Bluestar 18 DIVERSION-Hinkler Road resurfacing phase 1 closed Monday 27th July 2026 between 09:30-15:30. Road closed between Bursledon Road & Tatwin Crescent. Services diverted via Burlsdon Road & Warburton Road. Services will turn around at Tatwin Crescent roundabout and return to Bitterne via the same route. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Bluestar 18 DIVERSION-Hinkler Road closed phase 2 resurfacing Tuesday 28th July 2026 between 09:30-15:30. Hinkler Road closed between Tatwin Crescent & Warburton Road. Services will operate to Tatwin Crescent in both directions and then return to Bursledon Road to terminate at Burgoyne Road. The Bluestar 19&19A will serve Warburton Road on the way to Fairfax Court. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Services will divert from Bursledon Road to Warburton Road and only service the estate heading back to the city from Dumbleton Towers. Passengers may remain onboard to reach Hinkler Road. Bluestar 7,17,N17,18,N18,19,19A,21 & 61 DIVERSION-Above Bar Street will now open at 16:00 on Monday 3rd August 2026. Services will divert along the same route in both directions between Vincent's Walk & Commercial Road (Library stops) via Poundtree Road, Palmerston Road, East Park Terrace, the Ring Road, Above Bar Street & Commercial Road. Buses WILL serve any stops between these locations while on diversion except the Cenotaph stop. The bus stops in Above Bar Street near The Marland's will not be served during these works. We apologise for any inconvenience.
