We are currently looking for Bus Drivers already holding a PCV licence to work within the Bluestar operation at Eastleigh or the new Uni-Link business, which is also based at our Barton Park depot near Eastleigh Town Centre.

Following an initial training period, the length of which is dependent upon your individual progress, you are then posted to a mentor to guide you through your first few weeks on the road. You will then be positioned on a roster, based around a variety of four- or five-day shift patterns and driving a varied selection of routes around the network. We’ve created a number of rosters based around people’s circumstances and to provide dedicated drivers on some of our services – we try our best to serve the needs of the business whilst keeping our people interested, fulfilled and happy.
