We want to deliver the best possible service – and to help us do this, we want you to have your say.
That’s why we are looking for regular users of our service across our network to join our new Passengers' Panels. We are creating three different groups to cover different parts of our network across South Hampshire, so we can understand your local needs and issues.
The views of the Pasengers' Panels will represent the independent voice of our customers, so you can tell us what you really think - whether it’s good or bad. We are looking for a good cross-section of our customer base with 10 people on each of the three Panels.
We intend to hold meetings between the Bluestar management team and the Passengers' Panels every 3 months. These will be held during the early evening at our Bluestar HQ in Eastleigh, and free travel will be provided to get you to and from the meetings.
