As part of our ongoing commitment to improve local bus travel, we are making the pledge to offer you FREE travel should we ever fail to provide you with an easy access bus on a Bluestar or Uni-link route from 15 March 2010.

All our buses offer step-free access inside, with ramps for wheelchairs at the entrance/exit doors to allow you to board safely. There is also space on board all our buses for wheelchairs and buggies to be positioned comfortably nearest the entrance. Plus, no steps makes getting on and off so much easier when your lugging lots of shopping!

If any Bluestar or Uni-link route runs with a non-easy access bus, you will be entitled to a free day pass. Simply post us your ticket or tell us what journey you travelled on, and we will post you a free day ticket for you to use on any date until 2012 on any Bluestar or Wilts & Dorset bus.
