From Friday 15 May 2009, some buses will be disrupted after 10pm on Friday and Saturday nights only, due to the enforced closure of a section of Above Bar in Southampton city centre to all traffic.

Bluestar 4 and 18 can not stop at Commercial Road and will stop outside the BBC Studios (towards Shirley) or outside the Police Station (towards the city or Thornhill) on Havelock Road instead.

Uni-link U1C will drop off outside the Police Station instead of opposite the Civic Centre on Civic Centre Road.

Nightstar 18 can not pick up outside Flares on Above Bar, but you can get on the bus at the stop outside the Civic Centre instead.

No other buses or stops, or journeys on the above routes outside of these times, will be affected.
