As more and more people find it easier to pay for tickets on board buses and at PayPoint outlets, and go on-line for information, less people are using the Travelshop at Eastleigh Bus Station. This Travelshop will therefore close after normal opening times on Mon 30 March 2009.

However, we do value face-to-face communication, and we will be moving to a new-look Travelshop in Southampton city centre soon – more news on the opening date shortly! At our new base, you will be able to buy tickets, get face-to-face travel advice, and collect lost property. The reason for the move is in response to many customer requests, who would prefer a more centrally based location for our network of services.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this will cause, but...

• we will continue to provide visible inspectors at the Bus Station to help you – including our Customer Services advisor for the first few weeks after the closure
• you can buy tickets from the PayPoint outlet at Martin’s in Market Street in Eastleigh Town Centre, as well as 7 day passes on board our buses
• timetables and other information are available at www.bluestarbus.co.uk, on board our buses, from Refreshers cafe at the Bus Station or just call or email us and we’ll post you one, free of charge.
