Bluestar has launched a campaign to attract volunteers to join our new Passenger Panels. Each group will have up to 10 frequent bus users who will meet every 3 months to report their views, complaints, and recommendations to the Bluestar management team.
Alex hopes that the Panels will attract more constructive feedback on Bluestar's performance, as well as providing a valuable insight into everyday problems affecting the smooth running of the buses.
“We already encourage direct feedback to me and the team through Comment Cards on the buses and the managersmailbox email, but I believe that these meetings will give us an even more precise and reliable base on which to make improvements to our network,” he commented.
