From Sunday 24 February, both Bluestar 8 and Bluestar 9 will travel on a limited stop basis between Applemore or Totton and Southampton. If you need to make local journeys along Millbrook Road, please use Bluestar 10, Bluestar 11 or Bluestar 12, which combined with Wilts & Dorset 56 & 56A provide 6 journeys per hour between Totton and Southampton and Network Freedom, Solent Dayrider and Explorer passes can be used on all services.

Between Totton Station and Southampton Central Station, Bluestar 8 will only stop at Millbrook Roundabout and Millbrook Station.

Between Applemore Tesco and Southampton Central Station, Bluestar 9 only stops at Rushington Roundabout, Millbrook Roundabout and Millbrook Station.

The new stopping arrangements on Bluestar 8 are specified by Hampshire County Council, who help to fund this service, and we hope that speeds up journey times at busy times.
